Get ready to spin it out and have a whole lotta FUN! Spin class is a group class performed on stationary bikes designed specifically for group cycling classes. The bikes are fully adjustable to fit any participant comfortably.

This class is a great way to burn calories and stay in shape with no impact. Speed drills, strengthening drills, hill climbing, steady state cardiovascular conditioning, and interval training are all part of your ride! Barre®

This upbeat fusion style workout fuses techniques from pilates and yoga. These techniques are designed to streamline, tighten, and tone muscles with whole-body sculpting. Barre class will help improve balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No tutus, jazz hands, or dance experience required! All levels welcome. Please bring a mat.

Pilates is an exersize system developed by Joseph Pilates that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through the performance of repetitive, alignment-based isolations that focus on core strength, flexibility and body awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Hybrid Barre & Fusion

This unique workout combines the core principles of Pilates with Barre. This workout begins with a series of standing exersices and then takes it to the floor to help lengthen and strengthen your whole body. Get ready to feel the burn.
